new member of our family....

Nicholas has been asking us for a pet for a while. We are not ready for a dog or a cat so decided to let him have something smaller and less costly overall.

1st Grade-here I come!

Is it a time for a Tooth Fairy to come?

Last Saturday evening Nicholas lost his first tooth!!!! It was such an exciting moment for him and all of us as well. We have watched this little rascal being loose for a while now, so when the right moment came, I just pulled it out. Nicholas was fine with it :) We were very surprised how well Nicholas took it all, specially after seeing some blood.

Isabella's 3rd b-day

Today we celebrated Bella's b-day even though she doesn't turn 3 till August 14th. It was so sweet to see her few little friends to share this special occasion with her. We made homemade cupcakes and had some yummy watermelon and strawberries with them. Still can't believe that my little princess is already 3!

Dallas Nature & Science Museum

Today we went to Bella's friend's b-day party at the Dallas Nature & Science Museum. Kids had a lot of fun but me and Monty after few hours of running after them.....were exhausted. Here are few pics:

Today my good friend Natalie with her precious children, Addie and Doak( and baby Brock in her belly :)) visited us! We had so much fun! First we all went to the swimming pool and enjoyed nice, cool water. Kids were splashing each other( and us), jumping many times in the water, showing each other their swimming skills. All good things come to an end....so when Sophia was gettting ready to start her screaming session-we knew it was a great time to head back home:) After drying off and changing, we all ate lunch and while kids were playing, me and Natalie talked, and talked, and talked some more. After these sweet friends left-I was a little sad knowing that they live so far those days......

We are looking forward to doing it more often though....:)

Summer days....

Can't believe it's almost time for school to start again! Our summer has been filled with lots of trips to the swimming pool, splash parks, and the library. We have had many playdates filled with laughter and sometimes tears :) Here are few pics from the last couple months:
