Nicholas has been asking us to carve pumpkins for so long....that it was finally time to do it! Last Saturday we went to the pumpking patch and got few nice pumpkins. We decided to start on just one of them for now and paint the rest of the pumpkin, just for fun....Here are the results:
It's hard to believe it but our sweet little Sophia is already 2 weeks old! She is sleeping much better at nights( have to feed her every 3 hours instead of 1.5 hour...), still sleeping a lot during a day, and getting a little bit more chubby as days go by. Here are few pics of the little princess....
Finally....our little angel arrived! On Friday, Sept. 18th at 8.08am little Sophia Irena came to this world screaming her lungs out :) The labor was fast( total 2 hours), pretty intense but worth it all! We were back home from the birth center around 11am! It was so nice to get back home so soon, to be in my own bed and snuggle with my 3 beatiful children in it. Nana was taking care of Nicholas and Isabella on Friday, and Nicholas got to eat lunch with her at school( he was so excited!). When 3 of them got home, there was a new little baby sister waiting for them!
This morning Nicholas started Kindergarten! He was very excited but told me and Monty he was going to miss us a lot....Once we got to his classroom, Nicholas had a big smile on his face while Mommy and Daddy really wanted to cry. I know he is going to have such a great time and will learn so much...but it's still so hard to let them go...
On Saturday we celebrated Bella's 2nd b-day. Her actual birthday is August 14th but decided to do it few days earlier....Can't believe that our little princess is already 2! And soon she will have to share her spotlight with a tiny princess....We had fun afternoon at the pool at Aunt Tracy's house and then hamburgers and oreo cookie dirt cake! And after all that fun....Isabella was surprised by a beatiful gift: big doll house! She loved it from the beginning....Thank you Aunt Angie, Aunt Tracy and Nana and Papa!
Yesterday I took Bella and Nick to the Fox Chase Park. They love going there because of the fish and turtles in the pond. They are not too extremely excited about the splash park, but the pond gets them...
On Thursday me and "the crew" visited one of the local splash parks. We all loved it! It's located in this quiet neighborhood and the regular park is right next to it. So I was able to leave the stroller in the van and just let Colten and Isabella run toward the park. And most of the time I sat on the bench between both parks and just watched the kids run around and play which was great. Yeah, those days I am just looking for a place to sit on and relax a little.....It got hot pretty fast so we didn't stay for too long.
with Nana and Papa, Nicholas and Isabella love spending time with them.

Last weekend was great. We spent lots of time in the water so both Nicholas and Isabella were very excited. It's a little too hot for mommy those days....but I manage somehow. Only 10 more weeks to go( probably only 7 actually)!
